Expo Day 2020

The Expo event on site has been cancelled for this year.  Presentations and judging will be done remotely.  Details will be posted as they develop.  Contact Us if you have questions.


Thursday March 19, 2020 (Snow date Friday March 20, 2020)



8:30 am – 9:00 am: Student Arrival/Check-in/Setup/Registration

Judges will register in the Great Room (rotunda) of the Student Center which is attached to the Dr. Goldie Crocker Wellness Center. Coffee, tea and baked goods will be served.

9:00 am – 9:30 am: pre-inspection of projects by SRC

Students will show their displays to the SRC representative to make sure the project meets show requirements.

9:00 am – 9:30 am: Briefing (for judges)

Judges will meet in the Auditorium to review general instructions and to hear any last minute announcements. No food or drink is to be brought into the Auditorium.

9:30 am – 12:15 pm: Judging of Projects

Students will meet with judges to discuss their work.

12:30 pm- 1:15 pm: Lunch

Lunch will be served at Little Hall in the Capital Commons Dining Room.

1:15 pm – 2:00 pm: Speaker

The Speakers and Awards Ceremony will take place in the Gymnasium.

2:00 pm – 2:30 pm: Awards Ceremony 2:30 pm – 3:00 pm: Remove exhibits and clean-up

General Directions

From the North or South I-93, Exit 15 East to I-393 to Exit 1 and follow signs. From the West I-89 to I-93 North to Exit 15 East to I-393 to Exit 1 and follow signs. From Points East Route 4 to I-393 to Exit 1 and follow signs.

What To Expect

  1. Lot C and Lot A provide the best parking for this event.  The letters indicating each parking lot are located on the light poles in the parking lots.
  2. Arrive, sign in and set up from 8:30 to 9:00
  3. pre-inspection of projects by SRC: 9:00-9:30
  4. Interviews by judges, followed by Lunch, the Speaker, and awards.
  5. Be done with Clean-up by 3:00
  6. In addition to the above, there is a strong likelihood that people will have fun
