Event Day

The Middle School NH Science and Engineering Fair will be hosted at the New Hampshire Technical Institute (NHTI) - Concord's Community College, Dr. Goldie Crocker Wellness center, located at 19-23 Institute Dr, Concord, NH 03301 on Thursday, May 22, 2025. Schedule MaY 22, 2025

 7:30 – 8:15         Judge Registration (in Atrium; breakfast/snacks in Green Room)

 8:00 – 9:15           Students Arrive/Register/Project set-up (front foyer and gymnasium of Wellness Center)

 8:45 – 9:15           Display & Safety Review (in Gym)

 8:15 – 9:15           Judge Orientation (in Auditorium)

 9:15 – 12:30        Judging (in Gym; use of Green Room and Atrium for additional space for scoring and completing forms)

11:30 - 12:00       Challenge Competitions - Project Testing

12:30 – 1:30         Lunch  (lunch served in NHTI Cafeteria)

Group A :  12:30 - 1:00

Group B:  1:00 - 1:30

12:30 – 2:15          Public Visitor Hours (in Gym):  Students not at lunch should be at their project tables

 2:15 – 2:30            Students pack up projects (leave materials on the tables) and transition to Auditorium

 2:30 - 3:00             Welcome/Introductions (in Auditorium)

               Awards (in Auditorium)
